ZyraFi is an experienced market operator that structured the inaugural Article 6 bilateral carbon agreement for e-mobility. We address critical market gaps by providing the technology and regulatory expertise needed for institutional deployment. Our mission is to ensure African carbon projects access essential funding while offering investors secure, insured, and tokenised fixed-income instruments. Participation requires a minimum investment ticket of USD 500,000.
The Founders
With three decades of experience developing companies in Africa, we understand that bridging the gap between opportunity and execution requires robust financial infrastructure. ZyraFi was established by veterans of East and West African markets who have successfully scaled startups, negotiated sovereign carbon agreements, and implemented continental financial systems. We operate through direct experience with local regulators and counterparties rather than abstract theory. Our focus remains on institutional-grade green finance and carbon-backed instruments, with a required minimum investor ticket size of USD 500,000.
